This describes what data ycreato collects and how it is used.

1. Data we collect

• Account: your email, and when you sign in with Google, the email from your Google profile.
• YouTube channel: we request channel data and statistics only if you explicitly connect your channel (for advanced features). We do not collect it otherwise.
• Payments: payment details are handled by NowPayments; we store the payment fact/status, plan, and period, but never receive your payment credentials.
• Usage: the niches/links you enter, the analyses created, and technical logs.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: run niche analyses, produce briefs, manage your subscription, send service emails (verification code, payment status, analysis ready), and keep the platform running.

3. Who we share with (subprocessors)

• Google — sign-in and (if you connect) YouTube data.
• NowPayments — crypto payment processing.
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI content generation (we send the niche and public competitor data, not your personal data).
• Resend — email delivery.

We do not sell your data.

4. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as your account is active and the law requires. Access is restricted and connections are encrypted (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures.

5. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@ycreato.com. You can disconnect a connected YouTube channel from your dashboard settings.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16.
