Terms of Service
By using ycreato (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
ycreato analyzes YouTube competitors in your chosen niche and produces ready-to-use content briefs (topics, title variants, anchor scripts, thumbnail concepts, SEO). The Service is provided “as is” and is advisory: we do not guarantee views, channel growth, or any specific outcome.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity under it. You may register by email or via Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information.
3. Plans and payment
- The free tier provides a limited trial analysis.
- The paid Base plan is paid in cryptocurrency through our payment provider, NowPayments.
- A subscription lasts a fixed period (30 days monthly, 365 days yearly) and does not auto-renew — at the end of the period, access to paid features ends until you pay again.
- Prices are shown in USD; the actual crypto amount is calculated at payment time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not break the law or third-party / YouTube rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or resell access without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Content and rights
You may use the generated briefs for your own projects. The Service itself — its code, design, and materials — belongs to ycreato. Competitor data is drawn from public YouTube sources.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ycreato is not liable for lost profits or indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
