Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Ycreato ("we", "us"), the operator of ycreato (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

ycreato analyzes public YouTube competitor data in your chosen niche and produces advisory content briefs (topics, title variants, anchor scripts, thumbnail concepts, SEO suggestions). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is advisory only. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, channel growth, or any specific result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid plan. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may register by email or via Google sign-in, and you agree to provide accurate information. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and payment

The free tier provides a limited trial analysis.
Paid plans are billed in cryptocurrency through our payment provider, NowPayments.
A subscription runs for a fixed period (30 days for monthly, 365 days for yearly) and does not auto-renew. When the period ends, access to paid features stops until you purchase again.
Prices are displayed in USD; the exact cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the time of payment.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or the rights of third parties; (b) violate YouTube's or Google's terms; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) use automated means to extract the Service beyond normal use; or (e) resell or sublicense access without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using features that access YouTube data, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information accessed through YouTube API Services is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. ycreato is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. You can revoke ycreato's access to your YouTube data at any time via Google's security settings.

7. Content and rights

You may use the briefs we generate for your own projects. The Service itself — including its code, design, text, and underlying materials — belongs to ycreato and is protected by intellectual property law. Competitor data is derived from publicly available YouTube sources. You are responsible for how you use the generated material, including compliance with YouTube's policies.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ycreato will not be liable for lost profits or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ycreato from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Disputes

If you have any problem with the Service, please contact us first at support@ycreato.com. We aim to resolve all disputes quickly and in good faith, including refunding your subscription where appropriate. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale of the business; you may not assign them without our consent.
