Refund Policy
Digital service, paid in cryptocurrency
ycreato is a digital service: access and deliverables (niche analysis, briefs) are made available immediately after payment. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency, and such transactions are irreversible by nature.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew
A subscription lasts a fixed period and does not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel: when the paid period ends, access to paid features simply stops, and no recurring charges occur.
EU / UK consumers — right of withdrawal and waiver
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-services purchase. Because our deliverables are provided immediately, at checkout you expressly request that the Service begin immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Where the law still grants you a withdrawal right despite this, contact us and we will comply with applicable law.
Refunds
Because the service is digital, delivered immediately, and crypto payments are irreversible, payments are generally non-refundable.
Exception: if the Service materially failed to work due to our fault, email support@ycreato.com within 7 days of payment, describing the issue. We will resolve it in good faith — a fix, an extension of your period, or, at our discretion, a partial credit.
