Refund Policy
Digital service, paid in crypto
ycreato is a digital service: access and deliverables (niche analysis, briefs) are provided immediately after payment. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency, and such transactions are irreversible by nature.
Subscriptions don’t auto-renew
A subscription lasts a fixed period and does not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel: when the paid period ends, access to paid features simply stops. No recurring charges occur.
Refunds
Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, and crypto payments are irreversible, payments are generally non-refundable. Exception: if the service materially failed due to our fault, email support@ycreato.com within 7 days of payment describing the issue, and we will resolve it in good faith (a fix, a period extension, or, at our discretion, a partial credit).
